Getting to UC

You can get to campus by a variety of means. Consult the university's maps webpage and choose your favorite mode of transportation. Another useful transportation link for getting to the university and navigating the local area may be found here. Some additional comments are provided below.

Air Travel:

There are two airports located in Chicago. The larger airport (O'Hare) is further from campus while the smaller airport (Midway) is more conveniently situated. There are many Southwest flights into Midway which are often not seen by search engines. Check their website directly to see if they service your local airport.

Getting from the Airport to Campus:

From either of the two airports one can take a taxi, or there is a rather convenient and direct shuttle; information about these options can be found here. For those who are driving, a selection of maps and other info is available.

The particle theory group location:

We are located at 5640 S. Ellis Ave. on the second floor. Our secretary is in office 264 during the afternoon, or in the EFI director's office during the morning. A map of our location can be found here.
